JUDGE NOT!

Lest ye be judged!

He said, she said, goes on and on in a vicious circle. Pros and Cons, both sides insisting they are right, even if they are not.  It is all too much to tolerate much longer! The political climate in this country is at an incendiary level. There is so much blame and finger-pointing going on it makes you dizzy.  When we were kids we were told when you point your finger at someone to point out a fault, there are more of your own fingers pointing back at you. None of us like to be accused of things we didn’t do, say or what they may have perceived we meant. The Bible tells us to take the beam out of our own eye before we try to take a tiny dust particle out of our fellow mans. If we would only take that advice, this country would be running a lot smoother right now. We are so busy passing the blame between the donkeys and the elephants, we don’t even see the snake slithering into this country trying to slowly and quietly take it over.  We have a faction moving into this country, that has no intentions of assimilation, or even pretending to want to up hold our traditions and laws.  They want to change the way we govern, the way we apply justice and the way we allow religious freedom. They want the church bells to stop ringing because they find them tedious.  But we allow their call to prayer to blast over a loud-speaker five times a day. The crosses on top the churches made them feel oppressed and unwanted, so we take them down, only to be replaced by gold topped domes.

The politicians should be working together for the good of this country, not for the advancement of their own party! It isn’t about them, it is about US. The people who put them into office didn’t put them there so they could go on and on about who said what, or who meant what. They should quit judging each other on words, and judge on the accomplishments that have been made on both sides of the aisle. All the politicians in this country should be ashamed for their behavior in the blame game. It is the first time in my life I have seen the office of the Presidency so disrespected for no justifiable reason.  It has all been accusations and innuendos. Shame on all of them! They had better all wake up and see what is happening right under their noses, and band together to secure this country and make it strong again.  No, he said, she said, no political correctness, hard work and results are the only thing the American public wants to hear about!  They are all over paid and under productive little tattle tales! They all need to put on their big boy, (and girl) pants on and get to work together to help each other make this country secure against any one or any thing that wants what is less than our very best at heart! The power is the hands of the American people, and if things don’t change in how these two parties are fighting between themselves instead of for this country, well then, maybe it is time to clean house! Stop the blame game, don’t judge each other on lies and innuendos, do your jobs! Remember you are under oath, (of office), is that so much to ask?

As parents we need to teach our children not to judge others.  They should also be taught the difference between telling on someone to keep them safe and tattling to get someone in trouble. Teach them that God is the only one who can judge the heart. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

We as authors, sooner than later, will have to take a stand for, or against this country.  It is so easy to point fingers at others, but the truth of the matter is we all have to stand on our own merits!

Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

Romans 14:13-23

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

Matthew 7:1-5

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

Luke 6:37
